WCQ470 Remembering the Incredible Donna Summer

Host: Amy Matheny with Scott Duff

Amy and Scott reminisce about their childhoods listening to Donna Summer and where they were when they'd heard of her passing..  It's ALL about Donna Summer on today's Queercast!

Guest: Donna Summer, joined Jerry Nunn for an interview while she was touring a couple years back.  Donna shared stories about the passing of Michael Jackson,  becoming the first artist to win the Grammy for Best Rock Vocal Performance Female for Hot Stuff in 1979 and not being pigeonholed as a Disco singer.  She will be missed.

Music Featured on This Queercast: Donna Summer - "Love To Love You Baby", "Heaven Knows", "MacArthur Park", "Hot Stuff" and "No More Tears (Enough Is Enough)"
