WCQ366 Amy & Kelli: In a New York State of Mind 2010-05-17
Host: Amy Matheny with Kelli Simpkins
Amy and Kelli have been traveling fools. They went down to Tennessee to visit with Amy's family. Are they more aware of their sexual orientation in the South? Is there more diversity in New York than Chicago? Kelli did a workshop reading for a show in New York based on the life of Charlotte Cushman; the Meryl Streep of the Victorian era. Actress Cherry Jones signed onto to this project after shooting 24 and took the gals out on the town. They also give their review of the new Elton John Broadway production, Next Fall.
